Katherine has over 20 years of executive search experience with two global firms.  Most recently, as a Senior Research Associate with Korn Ferry International, her focus was the Canadian CEO and Board practice.  Previously, she headed the research team at Egon Zehnder, where she and Tom worked closely together.  Her search experience has encompassed a variety of industries and roles.  Prior to starting her career in search, Katherine was the Reference Librarian in the corporate finance department of a Canadian investment bank, headed the research department of a compensation and benefits consulting firm and worked in the Canadian corporate library of a large South African based mining company.

Katherine holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Trent University and a Master of Library Science from
University of Toronto.
