Charlene Davis

Based in Toronto, Charlene Davis provides research, recruitment, and talent advisory services to human capital firms and leaders.   Charlene has over 20 years of experience in executive search primarily focused on mining & metals, industrial goods & services, and other asset-intensive industries.

Prior to founding Davis Resources Inc., she spent 15 years with Russell Reynolds Associates where she was a member of the Industrial & Natural Resources Sector and led the research function for the firms global Mining & Metals practice.  In addition, she most recently held a leadership role managing the research team in Canada.  Through her extensive client work, she has developed expertise in large-scale operations, capital projects and financial officers’ functional areas.

Charlene began her career with a U.S.-based contract consulting organization specializing in the recruitment of engineers and technology professionals.

Charlene was educated at Carleton University, majoring in mass communications.
