Over nearly twenty-five years, Tom has led CEO and senior executive search mandates for clients doing business in a range of sectors, including financial services, retail, consumer products, media telecommunications, mining, natural resources, industrial manufacturing, power and healthcare.

Leadership succession. Increasingly, our clients are involving us in multi-year leadership succession projects involving the Board, the CEO and encompassing the assessment and development of top management talent.
For over thirty years in the search profession, Tom has led literally hundreds of engagements from CEO and other senior executive search mandates, to comprehensive new board builds and multi-stage projects for boards of directors in transition. We regard each mandate as sensitive and highly confidential and take care to preserve the confidences of clients and candidates alike.
