  • Leadership succession.  Increasingly, our clients are involving us in multi-year leadership succession projects involving the Board, the CEO and encompassing the assessment and development of top management talent.

For nearly twenty five years in the search profession, Tom has lead literally hundreds of engagements from CEO and other senior executive search mandates, to comprehensive new board builds and multi-stage projects for boards of directors in transition.  We regard each mandate as sensitive and highly confidential and take care to preserve the confidences of clients and candidates alike.
